5. Introduction
A family folder is a complete record of a selected family prepared during community health nursing practical. In this family folder, a family having an antenatal mother is selected for assessment. Antenatal care is very important for the health of both mother and fetus. Regular antenatal check-ups help in early detection of high-risk pregnancy, anemia, hypertension, edema, malnutrition and other complications.
