2. Introduction
A family folder is a systematic record of a selected family prepared during community health nursing practical. This family folder is based on a family having a lactating mother. A lactating mother requires adequate nutrition, rest, personal hygiene, breast care, emotional support and correct breastfeeding practices to maintain her health and promote proper growth and development of the infant.
