2. Introduction
A family folder is a complete record of a selected family prepared during community health nursing practical. This family folder is based on a family having a postnatal mother. The postnatal period begins after delivery and continues up to 6 weeks. During this period, the mother and newborn require proper care, nutrition, hygiene, breastfeeding support, immunization, rest and observation for danger signs.
