2. Introduction
A family folder is a complete record of a selected family prepared during community health nursing practical. This family folder is based on a nuclear family having an antenatal mother. The purpose of this study is to assess the family health status, antenatal care needs, nutrition, hygiene, environmental sanitation and health problems, and to provide need-based health education.
